Inspired by :iconmoonshin3:'s CaramellDansen - [link] I made my own Animated base! 8'D It's 4 frames, so pretty simple. xD;;

I have Paint Shop Pro, and that came with Animation Shop, which is how I made this... >.>; I don't know what some other people make these with, but that's what I use. I'm not sure how else to animate it, unless you have what i have, flash, or some other animation program. ; w ; You'll have to go ask someone else, I'm not the expert at this. </3

* D: It seems to glitch... I'll put each frame up in a sec *
~+Frames are .png, if you can't save, press ' Print Screen ' and paste into paint or w/e+~
