I love this song. ;v; So, here's how I interpreted the lyrics.
(first part of song)
Shin, had she not been in the wrong place at the wrong time, never would've met Kouken. More like never would be the test subject for him, anyways. And she thinks it's not save for her to be a vessel, as she attacks Kit the minute she sees her; and Kit doesn't play fair or safely.

She hates knowing there's a demon in her and blames any problems she has on him, though she does enjoy his company sometimes. She thinks that they could've been good friends if he didn't have to work for Kit and everything.

Then whenever she goes unconscious, from a blow to the head or such, he takes control of her body. She can't do anything to stop it, and hates watching her body fight against allies/innocents/etc. Usually she feels horrible about what she's done.
